Qualifications

Master's degree in Education or a related field.
Licensed or eligible for licensure as a Supervisor/Director by MA DESE; preferred but not required.
Demonstrated experience working with students with special needs.
Successful administrative leadership experience.

Responsibilities

Plans and coordinates ESY activities and staff.
Hires ESY providers and staff and budgets with the Director.
Prepares a calendar of ESY dates and timelines.
Coordinates transportation with the Student Services Office (SSO).
Conducts orientation trainings for ESY staff.
Coordinates events and community activities within budget.
Works with Facilities to identify space needs.
Maintains ongoing communication with Director, ESY staff, parents, and analyzes the program.
