Job summary

H.E.B. is seeking an eStore In-Store Shopper to select, sort, and unload items to complete online orders. You will use a digital tool to pick, pack, and stage orders, and assist customers with product questions and requests.

Responsibilities include ensuring food safety and sanitation, stocking areas, and following SOPs while maintaining strong customer service and flexible scheduling to support the eStore operations at our Austin, Texas location.

Qualifications

• Age 16+ required.
• 3+ months of curbside/shopping experience required; personal shopping a plus.
• HS Diploma or GED preferred; training completed as required (Alcohol Seller's Training).

Responsibilities

• Selects merchandise to complete online orders and unloads items into proper storage areas.
• Uses digital tools to pick items, pack orders, and retrieve orders for customers.
• Communicates with department managers to locate products and minimize shrink.
• Provides superior customer service and answers product questions.
• Performs sanitation, stocking, and safety duties in the eStore environment.
