• Communicate with clients, vendors, and internal teams to gather and clarify information necessary for accurate estimating.

Job Details

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Permanent Estimator with a focus on Structural Steel in the Construction industry. The ideal candidate will bring a strong analytical mindset and a keen attention to detail to our team. This position is pivotal in providing accurate cost estimates and ensuring the successful execution of our construction projects. You will work closely with our project management team, clients, and vendors, playing a crucial role in the financial and operational success of our projects.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed cost estimates for structural steel components of construction projects.
• Use Estimating Software such as Fabsuite, Fabtrol, and Tekla EPM to develop precise and comprehensive estimates.

• Self-motivated and able to work independently, managing multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
• Familiarity with construction processes, materials, and legal requirements.
• A valid driver’s license and the ability to travel as needed for site visits and meetings.
