Job summary

Alloy is seeking an Estimator / Project Manager to grow our presence in the demolition, environmental remediation, asbestos abatement, and related construction services. You will develop detailed estimates, manage client relationships, and drive contracts from opportunity through delivery.

The role requires strong planning, budgeting, and coordination with field personnel, subcontractors, and leadership to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to high-quality

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in demolition, environmental remediation, abatement, construction, or related industries.
• Proven success in business development, client relationship management, and contract acquisition.
• Experience managing project budgets, schedules, staffing, and overall project performance.

Responsibilities

• Develop estimates and competitive proposals for demolition, remediation, abatement, and related construction services.
• Lead projects from opportunity identification and estimating through completion, maintaining client relationships and safety.
• Prepare bid packages, prequalification documents, and proposal submissions; enter activities in CRM and follow up on proposals.
