Qualifikationen

• Minimum 5 years in demolition, environmental remediation, abatement, construction, or related industries.
• Demonstrated experience in estimating, proposal preparation, and project management.
• Proven success in business development and client relationship management.

Aufgaben

• Develop project schedules, budgets, staffing plans, and procurement strategies.
• Coordinate startup meetings with field personnel and operations teams.
• Monitor costs, productivity, schedule compliance, and profitability.
• Prepare WIP reports and project updates for management.
• Manage subcontractors, vendors, and consultants; review change orders and submittals.
• Ensure safety, quality, and customer satisfaction throughout project delivery.
