QntmLogic, LLC is seeking an experienced Construction Estimator to primarily estimate demolition projects while providing project management support. The role covers interior, selective, and full-building demolition, as well as environmental remediation, lead and asbestos abatement, and site restoration work.

You will prepare project estimates, cost budgets, bid proposals, and coordinate with vendors, subcontractors, and general contractors.

Formación

• Strong experience in construction estimating, particularly demolition projects.
• Hands-on field and job-site experience.
• Knowledge of construction project management, cost control, and bidding procedures.
• Strong analytical, communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with BuildingConnected or HeavyBid is preferred.
• Asbestos abatement credentials or contractor licenses are a plus.
• Work Arrangement: Full-time, on-site position involving office work and regular job-site visits.
