Job summary

ARC Abatement seeks an experienced Estimator/Project Manager to lead cost estimation, budgeting, and project oversight for large construction and demolition projects. You will coordinate with onsite supervision and the accounting team to ensure accurate billing, schedule adherence, and profitability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience in estimating and project management for large commercial, heavy civil, infrastructure, or demolition projects.
• Strong understanding of contracts, scheduling, budgeting, and cost controls.

Responsibilities

• Prepare estimates, proposals, and budgets in alignment with project specs.
• Oversee all aspects of projects from planning to implementation to ensure timeliness and quality.
• Monitor project progress, adjust cost estimates for scope changes, and protect profit margins.
