BNBuilders, Inc. is seeking an Estimator to support preconstruction with quantity surveying, subcontractor solicitation, and research of project items. The role involves developing complete cost estimates for projects up to $5 million and collaborating with the Owner/Architect and Subcontractors.

The ideal candidate has a construction degree, strong communication, and proficiency with Timberline/Primavera and MS Office. Office/site work is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree within the construction field.
• Strong listening and communication skills.
• Proficiency with estimating and scheduling software.
• Detail oriented with ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.

Responsabilités

• Prepare accurate, detailed quantity surveys.
• Research and obtain information for subcontractor proposals.
• Develop cost estimates for projects up to $5m.
