BNBuilders in Seattle seeks a Senior Estimator to lead the development of detailed estimates from preconstruction to delivery, coordinating with project teams and clients to ensure accurate budgets.

The role requires 5–7 years of experience in construction estimating, a Bachelor’s degree in construction, and proficiency with Timberline or similar estimating tools, plus Primavera for scheduling. We offer strong benefits and ESOP.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction field is required.
• 5–7 years of estimating experience is required.
• Proficiency with estimating and scheduling software is required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare site management (GCs) and temporary site services estimates.
• Develop accurate detailed estimates including self-perform work.
• Perform constructability reviews with owner and architect.
• Prepare quantity surveys and conceptual cost estimates through docs.
