Page Mechanical Group, Inc. seeks an Estimator/Project Manager in Central Florida to win and deliver construction projects.

In preconstruction you’ll develop estimates, solicit bids, and coordinate subcontractors; after award you’ll manage schedule, budget, quality, and owner communications through closeout. This role emphasizes public-sector experience and familiarity with Florida procurement, Davis-Bacon rules, and code compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent hands-on experience.
• 5–10 years in commercial general contracting with estimating and PM experience.
• Proven track record on projects from $50K to $10M+.
• Public-sector, municipal or government project experience preferred.
• Experience across multiple project types is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead estimating: review drawings, perform takeoffs, and develop costs.
• Solicit bids, evaluate bids, negotiate terms, and manage the bid process.
• Transition to PM: manage schedule, budget, quality, and owner communications.
• Oversee project closeout, safety, and compliance with codes.
• Maintain Excel estimating system and track bid results.
