The ideal candidate has 2 years of construction estimating experience, strong math skills, proficiency with MS Office, and familiarity with OST or Planswift. A competitive salary with a bonus program is offered based on experience.

• Collaborate with project coordination staff/ownership to confirm bid submissions and ensure accuracy.
• Provide conceptual estimates based on specifications, drawings, quantities, and preliminary data.
• Support the estimating process by performing related duties as needed.

Qualifications
