Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent hands-on experience considered.
• 5–10 years of commercial general contracting experience.
• Experience with public-sector, municipal, or government projects.
• Proven track record in estimating and project management.

Responsibilities

• Review drawings and perform detailed quantity takeoffs across trades.
• Develop cost estimates using proprietary Excel estimating system.
• Solicit, evaluate, and level bids from subcontractors and suppliers.
• Manage full bid process including municipal bid requirements and bonding.
• Lead project execution from award to closeout, managing scope, budget, schedule, and quality.
• Maintain proactive owner communications with municipal agencies and clients.
• Coordinate preconstruction activities and constructability reviews.
• Ensure compliance with codes, safety, and quality standards.
