This role requires strong mathematical skills, good time management, and proficiency in MS Office; Planswift experience is a plus as is prior construction estimating work.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and interpret plans, specifications, and project documentation.
• Proficiency in mathematics, formulas, and calculations.
• Strong time management and organizational skills to meet project deadlines efficiently.
• Proficiency in MS Office products, especially Word, Outlook, and Excel.
• Experience with Planswift estimating software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform precise take-offs and pricing using statistical data, material price lists, and labor costs.
• Collaborate with project coordination staff/ownership to confirm bid submissions and ensure accuracy.
• Provide conceptual estimates based on specifications, drawings, quantities, and preliminary data.
• Support the estimating process by performing related duties as needed.
