Lime Painting of Westchester is looking for a driven and detail-focused Estimator / Outside Sales Representative to help fuel our growth. This hybrid role combines door-to-door canvassing, client consultations, and jobsite estimating. Responsibilities include generating leads, qualifying them, creating detailed project scopes, and collaborating with our proposal team.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Client Engagement & Estimating
   • Conduct door-to-door canvassing to generate leads
   • Represent Lime Painting at community events
   • Guide prospects through the sales process
   • Attend appointments and document scope and measurements
   • Draft detailed project notes for proposals
2. Estimating & Project Scope
   • Attend appointments and walk job sites
   • Take measurements and document details
   • Communicate scope and exclusions to the proposal team
   • Work closely with internal operations
3. Sales & CRM Management
   • Maintain client records in CRM
   • Upload notes and photos
   • Support sales tracking and handoffs
4. Occasional Production Support
   • Attend project walk-throughs
   • Support scope alignment with production team

The Ideal Candidate Should Possess:

• Experience in estimating, home improvement, or related fields (preferred)
• Previous sales experience (required), construction sales a plus
• Attention to detail and good note-taking skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfort with tech platforms and CRMs (Client Tether experience a plus)
• Self-motivated and accountable
• Professional appearance and customer service skills
