Job Description:

Lime Painting of Westchester seeks a driven Estimator / Outside Sales Representative to fuel growth. This hybrid role involves door-to-door canvassing, client consultations, and jobsite estimating. Responsibilities include generating leads, qualifying prospects, creating project scopes, and collaborating with the proposal team.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Client Engagement & Estimating
    • Conduct door-to-door canvassing
    • Represent at community events
    • Guide prospects through sales funnel
    • Attend appointments and document scope
    • Draft detailed project notes
  2. Estimating & Project Scope
    • Attend appointments and walk jobsites
    • Take measurements and document details
    • Communicate scope and exclusions
    • Collaborate with operations for proposals
  3. Sales & CRM Management
    • Maintain client records in CRM
    • Upload notes and photos
    • Support seamless handoffs
  4. Production Support
    • Verify scope during project walk-throughs
    • Support production team in scope alignment
The Ideal Candidate:
  • Experience in estimating, home improvement, or related fields preferred
  • Sales experience required; construction sales a plus
  • Attention to detail and good note-taking skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Comfort with tech platforms and CRMs (experience with Client Tether is a plus)
  • Self-starter, accountable, independent
  • Professional appearance and customer service skills
