Job summary

Pinewood Tool Corp is seeking an Estimator & Operations Specialist in Menomonee Falls, WI. The role focuses on turning RFQs into fast, accurate quotes, using AI workflows, and keeping operations moving from order to delivery.

You’ll work closely with the shop team to optimize processes and growth into operations leadership. Ideal candidates bring machining exposure, GD&T proficiency, ERP/Excel chops, and strong communication.

Qualifications

Experience in a machine shop or precision manufacturing.
Solid print reading and GD&T.
Proficient with ERP, Excel, and AI tools.
Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Turn RFQs into fast, accurate quotes.
Use AI tools and ERP to quote faster.
Manage scheduling, purchasing, and outside processing to ensure on-time delivery.
Be the go-to contact for customers, engineers and suppliers.
Build and improve AI workflows, automations and data.
