Pinewood Tool is a precision toolroom on a mission to advance manufacturing by making precision components others cannot. Under young, driven ownership, we’re reinvesting in new machines, AI tools and our team. We’re seeking CNC Toolmakers who will master the craft, take on harder work monthly, and grow into top toolmakers.

We offer $30–40/hr based on experience, a signing bonus, flexible hours, and benefits as we build the toolroom of the future in Menomonee Falls, WI.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of short-run CNC toolroom experience or an apprenticeship.
• Programming at the control on mills and/or lathes; Mastercam a plus.
• Strong blueprint reading and GD&T.
• Experience holding tight tolerances on small-batch work.

Responsibilities

• Take precision tooling and components from print to finished part.
• Program at the control and in Mastercam, and run your own setups on CNC mills and lathes.
• Machine hardened tool steel, stainless, specialty alloys, aluminum and engineered plastics.
• Hold tight tolerances and own quality from first cut to finished part.
• Build new skills in programming, machining and complex setups.
• Bring ideas that make us better: new methods, new tooling, new technology.

Pinewood Tool is a precision toolroom on a mission: to advance manufacturing by making precision components that others simply cannot. We’re looking for CNC Toolmakers ready to master the craft, take on harder work every month and grow into top toolmakers.

What you’ll do

Our shop

Precision CNC milling, turning, grinding, and EDM, programmed in Mastercam and at the control. Since 1974, we’ve made everything from mold inserts and die components to fixtures and precision assemblies. We run on a modern ERP and put AI to work across the business.
