Job summary

Pinewood Tool in Wisconsin is seeking a Senior CNC Toolmaker to take tooling from print to finished part, program in Mastercam and at the control, and mentor others. You’ll work with mills, lathes and varied materials, upholding tight tolerances and quality from first cut to final part.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of toolroom experience with tooling, molds, dies, or precision components.
• Proficient in Mastercam and at the control for mills and/or lathes.
• Expert blueprint reading and GD&T with tight tolerances.

Responsibilities

• Take precision tooling from print to finished part.
• Program in Mastercam and at the control; plan setups and machining strategy.
• Machine hardened tool steel, stainless, specialty alloys, aluminum and engineered plastics.
• Hold tight tolerances and own quality from first cut to finished part.

Precision CNC milling, turning, grinding, and EDM, programmed in Mastercam and at the control. Since 1974, we’ve made everything from mold inserts and die components to fixtures and precision assemblies. We run on a modern ERP and put AI to work across the business.
