Pinewood Tool Corporation in Wisconsin is seeking a Senior Toolmaker with 10+ years of toolroom or short-run CNC machining experience to program, set up, and manufacture small-run tooling with tight tolerances. You will work hands-on on CNC mills or lathes, driving from blueprint to finished piece.

You9;ll use Mastercam and perform own setups, holding tight GD&T standards and inspecting in-process. This role offers a fast-paced, small-team environment with ownership and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of toolroom or short-run CNC machining experience.
• Strong blueprint reading and applied GD&T knowledge.
• Comfortable programming on Mastercam and at the control.

Responsibilities

• Program using MasterCam and also at the control.
• Perform your own setups on CNC mills and/or lathes.
• Machine small-run parts and tooling from blueprints, working to GD&T.
• Hold tight tolerances and perform in-process quality inspection.
• Use hand grinders and supporting tooling as needed to finish parts to spec.
• Take ownership of your work and stand behind the result.
