Job summary

Pinewood Tool is a precision toolroom on a mission to advance manufacturing by making precision components others cannot. Under young, driven ownership, we’re reinvesting in new machines, AI tools and our team. We’re seeking CNC Toolmakers who will master the craft, take on harder work monthly, and grow into top toolmakers.

We offer $30–40/hr based on experience, a signing bonus, flexible hours, and benefits as we build the toolroom of the future in Menomonee Falls, WI.

Qualifications

3+ years of short-run CNC toolroom experience or an apprenticeship.
Programming at the control on mills and/or lathes; Mastercam a plus.
Strong blueprint reading and GD&T.
Experience holding tight tolerances on small-batch work.

Responsibilities

Take precision tooling and components from print to finished part.
Program at the control and in Mastercam, and run your own setups on CNC mills and lathes.
Machine hardened tool steel, stainless, specialty alloys, aluminum and engineered plastics.
Hold tight tolerances and own quality from first cut to finished part.
Build new skills in programming, machining and complex setups.
Bring ideas that make us better: new methods, new tooling, new technology.
