Job summary

RAM Enterprise, Inc. is seeking a Senior Estimator to prepare and coordinate full estimates for complex projects. This salary-position reports to the Senior Estimator and focuses on bid development, cost analysis, and subcontractor coordination in a demanding industrial setting.

The role requires extensive experience with HCSS Heavy Bid, MS Project, and Excel, and involves site visits, risk assessment, and providing clear bid packages by deadlines.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in heavy industrial or commercial estimating.
• Experience delivering lump sum, design-build and time & materials estimates.
• Knowledge of construction processes for surface and underground mine sites.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate bid opportunities for constructability and internal suitability.
• Prepare detailed estimates using established pricing formats.
• Coordinate bid schedules and review estimates with leadership.
• Develop self-performed estimates for RAM's preferred trades.
• Collaborate with subcontractors and suppliers to capture full scope.
