Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass in New York (West Albany) seeks an Estimator to generate accurate repair estimates, coordinate repair needs, and communicate with customers and insurers throughout the repair process. The role requires knowledge of OE guidelines and DRP compliance.

The Estimator will assess vehicle damage, document repairs and parts, and work with the team to achieve KPIs while delivering excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Repairs and OE Guidelines.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Awareness of where to look for answers.
• Basic Computer Skills.
• Compliance for DRP’s.
• Minimum of 1-year experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide an exceptional customer experience while creating estimates.
• Coordinate repair needs and communicate with customers and insurers.
• Assess vehicle damage and document required repairs and parts.
• Ensure alignment with team to achieve KPIs in the shop.
• Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions.
