Job summary

MAC Incorporated seeks an estimator in Port Chester, NY with 2+ years’ collision estimating experience and DRP familiarity. The candidate should be proficient in CCC and Mitchell, have an active NYS IA license, and be able to process $180-220k monthly along with commissions.

Immediate opening with day-one benefits and strong growth potential. The role includes writing estimates, reviewing processes, handling customer paperwork, and communicating post-repair plans while adhering to safety

Qualifications

• Active NYS IA License (17-71) required.
• Ability to process $180-220,000 monthly.
• Fluent in CCC & Mitchell.
• 2+ years of collision estimating experience; sales experience preferred.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be eligible for coverage under our company insurance policy.
• Must possess a Motor Vehicle Physical Damage Appraisers License.

Responsibilities

• Writing estimates, conducting process reviews, checking in customer vehicles, completing final customer paperwork prior to vehicle delivery (DRP, final invoice).
• Finalizing total loss administration and providing post repair plan communication including all vehicle status updates to customers while complying with safety rules and company standards.
• Assist with DRP processes and DRP-related documentation.

AUTO BODY SHOP IS LOOKING FOR AN ESTIMATOR IN PORT CHESTER NY LOOKING FOR A STRONG CANDIDATE WHO HAS EXPERIENCES WITH WRITING FOR DRP'S. PREFER SOMEONE WITH PROGESSIVE/MITCHELL EXPERIENCE.

MUST HAVES:

SALARY: $80K-$85K + BONUSES AND COMMISSION AS WELL

Immediate job opening for aCollision Estimatorto perform all-purpose duties, which may include, but not limited to: Writing estimates, conducting process reviews, checking in customer vehicles, completing final customer paperwork prior to vehicle delivery (DRP, final invoice), finalizing total loss administration and providing post repair plan communication including all vehicle status updates to customers while complying with all Caliber safety rules, guidelines and company standards.

ABILITIES/SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE

• Ability to do consistent physical activity – reach below and above shoulder level, kneeling, bending, and squatting, and lifting objects over 50 lbs
• Must have prior experience with CCC1 or similar estimating software
• You have an advance understanding and knowledge of the repair process/procedures
• Strong sales orientation
• Be able to understand instructions – written and verbal
• Can prioritize competing tasks and adapt easily to a fast-paced environment
