TruBlue Auto Body is seeking an experienced Auto Body Estimator to join our collision repair team. You will inspect damaged vehicles, prepare accurate estimates using CCC ONE, photograph damage, and communicate recommendations and timelines to customers.

You will work with insurance adjusters to obtain approvals, review estimates, create supplements, order parts, and ensure documentation is complete. Strong computer skills, attention to detail, and a valid driver's license are essential; I-CAR

Formación

• Experience in auto body estimating or collision repair preferred.
• Knowledge of collision repair procedures, vehicle construction, refinishing, and parts.
• Experience with CCC ONE.
• Familiarity with insurance claims and supplement procedures.
• Strong computer, organizational, and time-management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage several repair files at the same time.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accurate documentation.
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
• I-CAR training or certification is a plus.

Schedule

Full-time, Monday through Friday. Occasional Saturdays may be required based on business needs.
