Job summary

MAC Incorporated is seeking an Estimator in Poughkeepsie, NY to write estimates for DRP projects, conduct process reviews and manage vehicle paperwork through delivery. Strong candidate will have CCC and Mitchell experience and an active NYS license.

The role offers day-one benefits, a salary range of $80K-$85K plus bonuses and commissions, and room for growth within the organization.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of collision estimating experience; sales experience preferred.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be eligible for coverage under our company insurance policy.
• Must possess a Motor Vehicle Physical Damage Appraisers License.

Responsibilities

• Write estimates and conduct process reviews.
• Check in customer vehicles and complete final paperwork prior to delivery (DRP, final invoice).
• Finalise total loss administration and provide post-repair plan communication to customers.

AUTO BODY SHOP IS LOOKING FOR AN ESTIMATOR IN POUGHKEEPSIE NY LOOKING FOR A STRONG CANDIDATE WHO HAS EXPERIENCES WITH WRITING FOR DRP'S. PREFER SOMEONE WITH PROGESSIVE/MITCHELL EXPERIENCE.

MUST HAVES:

• Active NYS IA License (17-71)
• Ability to process $180-220,000 monthly
• Fluent in CCC & Mitchell

SALARY: $80K-$85K + BONUSES AND COMMISSION AS WELL

Immediate job opening for aCollision Estimatorto perform all-purpose duties, which may include, but not limited to: Writing estimates, conducting process reviews, checking in customer vehicles, completing final customer paperwork prior to vehicle delivery (DRP, final invoice), finalizing total loss administration and providing post repair plan communication including all vehicle status updates to customers while complying with all Caliber safety rules, guidelines and company standards.

REQUIREMENTS

• 2+ years of collision estimating experience; sales experience preferred

ABILITIES/SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE

• Ability to do consistent physical activity – reach below and above shoulder level, kneeling, bending, and squatting, and lifting objects over 50 lbs
• Must have prior experience with CCC1 or similar estimating software
• You have an advance understanding and knowledge of the repair process/procedures
• Strong sales orientation
• Be able to understand instructions – written and verbal
• Can prioritize competing tasks and adapt easily to a fast-paced environment
