Job summary

Automation Personnel Services is seeking an Estimator for a local concrete company in Tuscaloosa, AL. You will present quotes to customers, create drawings, and assess project risks. The schedule runs Monday–Friday, 8am–4pm.

Salary ranges from $50,000 to $80,000 per year depending on experience. This full-time, temporary-to-hire role includes weekly pay and benefits, with opportunities for growth and advancement within the company.

Automation Personnel Services is looking for a Estimator for a company based in Tuscaloosa, AL. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with a local concrete company.

Pay Rate

$50,000-80,000 per year. (Based on experience)

Schedule and Hours

Monday through Friday, 8am to 4pm.

Estimator Duties and Responsibilities

• Presents quotesto customers in response to bid inquiries.
• Creates drawings of parts and assemblies to bemanufactured.
• Assess the financial,technical,and operational risks associated with a project.
• Prepareappropriate schedulesand reports as requested by the company.
• Evaluates the cost of a project by considering labor, material, and time requirements.

Estimator Qualifications and Requirements

• Minimum 1 years of estimating experience.
• Ability to readblueprints.
• Ability to mult i-task with ease and professionalism while communicating clearly and concisely.Must have good interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Knowledge of construction methodsincluding welding, sawing, cutting, and forming.
• Must keep company and customer matter strictly confidential.
