Job summary

Automation Personnel Services is looking for a Project Manager for a company based in Tuscaloosa, AL.

Pay Rate

Negotiable based on experience

Schedule and Hours

Monday through Friday, 8 00 am to 5 00 pm or 6 00am to 3 00pm

Duties and Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of a project from its initial planning stages through completion
• Act as a liaison between clients, internal teams, and external vendors.
• Prepare and manage project documentation, including submittals, contracts, and billing forecasts.
• Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets while meeting deadlines.
• Address and resolve any conflicts or issues during project lifecycle.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Proficiency with tools such as MS Project, Excel and Word.
• A high level of detail to ensure accuracy in project planning.
• Prior experience in a project environment is beneficial, ideally within the construction or manufacturing field.
• The ability to adapt to changes and challenges as requirements evolve.
