Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking an Estimator to deliver an exceptional customer experience by creating accurate repair estimates and coordinating repair needs with customers and insurance companies.

The role requires documenting damage, detailing needed repairs, and collaborating with the team to meet facility KPIs. A minimum of 1 year experience, a High School Diploma, basic computer skills, and a valid driver’s license are required.

Qualifications

  • Knowledge of Repairs and OE Guidelines.
  • Basic Computer Skills.
  • Awareness of where to look for answers.
  • Compliance for DRP’s.
  • Minimum 1-year experience.
  • Valid Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

  • Document every customer interaction with pertinent details.
  • Provide accurate and timely information to customers, guiding them through the repair process.
  • Ensure compliance with insurance client requirements and DRP procedures.
  • Participate in daily production walks with management.
  • Attend trainings and staff meetings as required.
  • Assist team members as needed and communicate customer requests clearly.

The Estimator accurately assesses the damage of vehicles and documents needed repairs and parts replacement on the damage appraisal.
