Job summary

Jobot is seeking an Estimator for sports and civil construction projects, including remote work options. You will prepare conceptual to detailed estimates, perform takeoffs, and manage bids while collaborating with preconstruction, operations, and leadership teams.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years of estimating experience in commercial construction, strong knowledge of cost drivers, and proficiency with estimating software and Excel.

Job Details

This Estimator will be responsible for preparing accurate, competitive estimates for complex sports construction projects, collaborating closely with preconstruction, operations, and project leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare conceptual, schematic, and detailed estimates for sports construction projects


• Perform quantity takeoffs and cost analysis across multiple trades


• Solicit, evaluate, and level subcontractor and supplier bids


• Develop budgets, GMPs, and bid proposals


• Participate in pre-bid meetings and value engineering discussions


• Support project handoff from preconstruction to operations

Project Types May Include

• Athletic complexes and stadiums


• Indoor and outdoor sports facilities

• Specialty sports surfaces and site-intensive projects

Qualifications
