In this role you will join the experienced estimating team, learning and growing within your position and putting out competitive and accurate bids in order to take on new projects and help contribute to the companies growth and long term plans.

This role would suit a project engineer or construction estimator looking to join a leading general contractor that genuinely cares about their employees, goals and end product.

The Role:

• Preparing and sending out competitive bids
• Working with senior leadership and other stakeholders to maintain communication throughout projects
• Estimate materials and labor costs while performing take-offs

The Person:

• Experience within the commercial construction industry working for a general contractor
• Exposure to preconstruction with knowledge of Procore and Timberline
• Someone that is a self-starter, accurate and looking for progression
