Responsibilities

Canyon Ranch Plumbing Company is seeking an experienced Plumbing Estimator to join our team. With a strong pipeline of commercial projects and a commitment to excellence, we are looking for a detail-oriented professional who can provide accurate and competitive estimates while ensuring project profitability. What You’ll Do

Estimate with Accuracy – Analyze plans, specifications, and proposals to create detailed and competitive cost estimates.
Collaborate with Vendors & Subcontractors – Obtain competitive pricing for materials and services to ensure cost-effective bids.
Budget & Forecast – Prepare plumbing budgets, calculate labor and material costs, and contribute to preliminary scheduling.
Support Project Execution – Work closely with project managers and field teams to ensure projects stay within estimated budgets.
Stay Ahead of the Industry – Keep up with local and national plumbing codes, labor standards, and emerging construction technologies.

What You Bring to the Team

Experience & Technical Knowledge
- 3+ years of experience in commercial plumbing estimating
