Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in commercial plumbing estimating.
• Proficiency withQuotesoft, Autobid Mechanical and Bluebeam.
• Strong understanding of plumbing codes, labor and material costs.
• Experience preparing square-foot budgets, take-offs, and cost analyses.

Responsibilities

• Estimate with accuracy by analyzing plans, specs, and proposals.
• Collaborate with vendors and subcontractors to obtain competitive pricing.
• Budget and forecast labor and material costs and contribute to scheduling.
• Support project execution to keep projects within estimated budgets.
• Stay current with local and national plumbing codes and industry tech.
