Job summary

Service Painting Corporation in Orlando, FL is seeking a Painting Estimator / Project Manager to join our local team. You will perform precise take-offs and pricing using data, collaborate with coordination staff to submit accurate bids, and provide conceptual estimates based on drawings and specs.

This role requires strong mathematical skills, good time management, and proficiency in MS Office; Planswift experience is a plus as is prior construction estimating work.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and interpret plans, specifications, and project documentation.
• Proficiency in mathematics, formulas, and calculations.
• Strong time management and organizational skills to meet project deadlines efficiently.
• Proficiency in MS Office products, especially Word, Outlook, and Excel.
• Experience with Planswift estimating software is a plus.

Responsibilities
