The ideal candidate has 2 years of construction estimating experience, strong math skills, proficiency with MS Office, and familiarity with OST or Planswift. A competitive salary with a bonus program is offered based on experience.

• Read and interpret plans, specifications, and project docs.
• Strong mathematical formulas and calculation skills.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills to meet deadlines.
• Able to solve problems and resolve issues promptly.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Outlook, Excel).
• Experience with OST or Planswift is a plus.
