Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Estimating or equivalent role.
• Strong understanding of construction documents and processes.
• Ability to present information clearly and accurately.

Responsibilities

• Comply with and promote all Safety policies and procedures.
• Assist in analyzing specifications for bid preparation.
• Accurately summarize quantity takeoff and analysis.
• Prepare DBE packages and assist with buyouts.
• Direct project activities to ensure milestones are met.
• Conduct final punch list inspections.
