Job summary

Alice Rose is seeking an experienced Project Estimator for our Manhattan office. The role entails reviewing drawings and project documents, developing budgets and bid packages, soliciting bids, and identifying scope gaps with cost analysis.

This is an office-based role in Manhattan, with growth opportunities in a long-term project pipeline. Ideal candidates have 5+ years of GC estimating experience, strong healthcare project knowledge, and proficiency with estimating software.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as an Estimator with a General Contractor.
• Strong experience with healthcare construction projects.
• Ability to manage estimates from concept through GMP.
• Knowledge of Manhattan/NYC construction market.
• Experience with estimating software and takeoffs.

Responsibilities

We are working with a well-established General Contractor in Manhattan specializing in healthcare residential construction. Due to continued growth, they are seeking an experienced Project Estimator to join their team.

Responsibilities

• Review drawings, specifications, and project documents
• Develop budgets, bid packages, and scopes of work
