Job summary

Alice Rose in Manhattan is seeking an experienced Project Estimator to join our team. This office-based role focuses on healthcare construction projects and requires managing estimates from concept through GMP.

You will review drawings and specifications, develop budgets, bid packages, and scopes of work, while soliciting subcontractor and supplier bids and identifying cost-saving opportunities. A long-term pipeline of Manhattan work is available.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as an Estimator with a General Contractor.
• Strong healthcare construction project experience.
• Ability to manage estimates from concept through GMP.
• Knowledge of Manhattan/ NYC construction market.
• Experience with estimating software and takeoffs.

Responsibilities

• Review drawings, specifications, and project documents
• Develop budgets, bid packages, and scopes of work
