Job summary

Boutique Recruiting is seeking an Estimator to prepare accurate flooring estimates for multifamily and commercial projects in Georgia. You will review drawings, perform takeoffs, and develop competitive bids, coordinating with vendors and project managers to meet deadlines.

The ideal candidate has 2-5+ years of estimating experience, knowledge of MeasureSquare or Bluebeam, and flooring project estimates. This on-site role offers growth and collaboration within a growing commercial contractor

Qualifications

• 2+ to 5+ years of estimating experience.
• Experience using MeasureSquare and/or Bluebeam Revu.
• Experience estimating multifamily and commercial flooring projects.
• High school diploma.
• Flooring estimating experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review construction drawings, specifications, and bid documents to prepare estimates.
• Perform accurate flooring takeoffs and calculate project costs.
• Prepare competitive bids and proposals for multifamily and commercial projects.
• Review addenda, update estimates, and ensure bids are submitted by deadlines.
• Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, project managers, and general contractors throughout the estimating process.
• Participate in project handoff meetings after awarded projects.
• Manage multiple estimates and deadlines while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.

Position Title: Estimator

Join a collaborative team supporting multifamily, student housing, senior living, and commercial flooring projects. This role offers the opportunity to work on projects ranging from approximately $500,000 to $3 million while joining a company that values employee development, teamwork, and continuous improvement.

The Estimator plays a crucial role in the success of construction flooring projects by ensuring accurate cost assessments and competitive bids. This position involves reviewing construction drawings and specifications to prepare precise estimates for multifamily and commercial flooring projects. The Estimator will work closely with project managers, vendors, and suppliers to ensure that all estimates are accurate and submitted on time. This role requires strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. The ideal candidate will thrive in a collaborative environment and be eager to contribute to the company's growth and efficiency initiatives.

Salary Range: $65,000-$90,000+ / Year DOE

Estimator Responsibilities:
