The ideal candidate has renovated or ground-up commercial project experience and understands changes when construction occurs inside occupied buildings.

Position Summary

BBI Construction Management is hiring an Estimator to support preconstruction and business development through accurate cost estimating, subcontractor engagement, and early project planning. The role owns conceptual budgets, detailed estimates, bid proposals, and value engineering recommendations for commercial construction projects.

The right candidate has estimated both renovation and ground-up commercial work, and understands what changes when construction happens inside an occupied building.
