BBI Construction Management is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout, with a focus on complex renovations in active and occupied facilities. The role requires proactive leadership, clear communication with stakeholders, and ownership from start to finish.

Qualifications include 5+ years in commercial PM, ability to read drawings and contracts, and OSHA certs with CM software proficiency.

• Strong understanding of construction means and methods, scheduling, budgeting, procurement, and contract administration.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and contracts.
• Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Healthcare, higher education, municipal, or institutional project experience preferred.
• OSHA certification and proficiency with construction management software preferred.

• Oversee project documentation including RFIs, submittals, change orders, and closeout document
• Keep work moving in occupied and operational facilities with minimal disruption.

Position Summary

BBI Construction Management is hiring an experienced Project Manager to lead commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. The role owns project planning, coordination, financial management, and execution — with an emphasis on complex renovations in active, occupied environments. The right candidate leads proactively, communicates clearly with every stakeholder, and holds ownership of the project from start to finish.
