BBI Construction Management is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout, with a focus on complex renovations in active and occupied facilities. Qualifications include 5+ years in commercial PM, ability to read drawings and contracts, and OSHA certs with CM software proficiency.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Healthcare, higher education, municipal, or institutional project experience preferred.
• OSHA certification and proficiency with construction management software preferred.

• Manage subcontractor performance, sequencing, safety compliance, and quality expectations.
• Identify and resolve schedule, budget, and operational challenges early.
• Deliver projects safely and efficiently, in accordance with the contract documents and company standards.
• Oversee project documentation including RFIs, submittals, change orders, and closeout document
• Keep work moving in occupied and operational facilities with minimal disruption.

Position Summary
