Job summary

Kaizen Collision Center – Colorado is seeking experienced collision repair estimators across Colorado. This role requires converting estimates into repair opportunities, building trust with customers, and writing complete repair plans using CCC ONE or similar software.

You will inspect vehicles, analyze damage, and manage supplements to keep repairs moving efficiently. Top performers can earn well over $200,000 annually through commission, with a strong focus on sales, production, and customer

Qualifications

• Previous collision repair estimating experience is required.
• Ability to convert estimates into scheduled repairs and close deals.
• Knowledge of damage analysis, blueprinting, and insurance claims.

Kaizen Collision Center is hiring experienced Collision Repair Estimators at multiple locations throughout Colorado.

We’re growing, our shops are busy, and we’re looking for experienced estimators who can do more than write a repair plan.

We’re looking for estimators who know how to sell.

You know how to build trust with a customer, explain the repair process, overcome objections, capture the job, write a complete repair plan, and keep that repair moving from vehicle check-in through final delivery.

Compensation

Up to 6% commission with the opportunity to earn $200,000+ annually.

Compensation is based on experience, production, performance, and the applicable compensation plan.

What You’ll Do

What We’re Looking For

Previous collision repair estimating experience is required.

Ideal candidates will have:

• Strong sales and customer communication skills
• Ability to convert estimates into scheduled repairs
• Strong knowledge of damage analysis and blueprinting
• Experience writing supplements and working with insurance claims
• Knowledge of DRP processes and insurance procedures
• Understanding of OEM repair procedures
• Experience withCCC ONE or similar estimating software
• Ability to manage multiple repairs in a high-volume environment
• Strong organizational and follow-through skills
• Understanding of closing ratios, gross profit, cycle time, and production
• Progressive claims experience is a plus
• I-CAR, ASE, or OEM certifications are preferred
• Valid driver’s license preferred
