Job summary

Kaizen Collision Center is hiring experienced Collision Repair Estimators for our Arvada and Northglenn locations. You will drive the estimate from damage assessment through delivery, close more jobs, and protect gross profit in a high‑volume shop.

We offer up to 6% commission and $200,000+ earning potential. Candidates should excel in sales, customer communication, and working with DRP guidelines to maximize shop efficiency and production timelines.

Qualifications

• Strong sales and closing ability.
• Experience with CCC ONE or comparable estimating software.
• Knowledge of DRP/insurance processes and OEM repair procedures.

WHAT YOU NEED

Strong sales and closing ability

CCC ONE or comparable estimating experience

Insurance and DRP knowledge

Blueprinting and repair planning experience

Understanding of OEM repair procedures

Ability to manage multiple active repairs

Strong production and financial awareness

Progressive claims experience is a plus.

I-CAR, ASE, and OEM certifications are preferred.
