Job summary

Kaizen Collision Center in Brighton, CO is seeking a high-performing Collision Repair Estimator who can sell, write, close, and produce. Earn up to 6% commission with $200,000+ earning potential.

This is not an entry-level estimating position and we seek a proven producer who can step in and make an immediate impact. The role requires sales ability, experience with CCC ONE or comparable software, and strong understanding of DRP, insurance, and repair planning.

Qualifications

• Proven sales and closing ability.
• Familiarity with DRP requirements and insurance processes.
• Experience with blueprinting and repair planning.
• Strong awareness of production metrics and gross profit.

Responsibilities

• Sell repairs and close customers.
• Perform damage analysis and blueprinting.
• Manage supplements and carrier negotiations.

• Protect gross profit.
• Manage a high-volume workload.
