Kaizen Collision Center is hiring experienced collision repair estimators at multiple Colorado locations. We’re growing, our shops are busy, and we’re looking for estimators who can do more than write a repair plan.

You know how to sell, build trust, capture the job, write complete repair plans, and manage repairs from check-in through delivery. If you’re a proven producer with numbers in mind, Kaizen wants to talk with you, with earning potential up to $200k+.

Qualifications

• Previous collision repair estimating experience is required.
• Strong sales and customer communication skills.
• Ability to convert estimates into scheduled repairs.
• Knowledge of damage analysis and blueprinting.
• Experience with supplements and insurance claims.
• Understanding of OEM repair procedures.

Responsibilities

• Sell collision repair services and convert estimates into repair opportunities.
• Build trust and strong relationships with customers.
• Write complete and accurate repair plans using industry estimating software.
• Perform detailed vehicle inspections and damage analysis.
• Blueprint repairs and identify hidden damage.
• Prepare and manage supplements.
• Communicate effectively with insurance companies and adjusters.
• Explain repair recommendations and procedures to customers.
• Provide customers with timely repair updates.
• Coordinate with technicians, painters, parts personnel, and production teams.
• Monitor repairs and address delays.
• Maintain documentation throughout the repair process.
• Help achieve sales, production, cycle-time, quality, and customer satisfaction goals.
