Kaizen Collision Center - Arvada & Northglenn is hiring experienced Collision Repair Estimators for our Arvada and Northglenn locations, full-time in Colorado. Up to 6% commission with $200,000+ earning potential, and strong production teams.

You will sell the repair, perform damage analysis and blueprinting, manage supplements and negotiate with carriers, and work within DRP requirements to protect gross profit.

Formación

• Strong sales and closing ability.
• CCC ONE or comparable estimating experience.
• Insurance and DRP knowledge.
• Blueprinting and repair planning experience.
• Understanding of OEM repair procedures.
• Ability to manage multiple active repairs.
• Strong production and financial awareness.
• Progressive claims experience is a plus.
• I-CAR, ASE, and OEM certifications are preferred.

WHAT YOU NEED
