• Proficient computer and office equipment skills including experience using copiers/scanning machines.

• Superior organizational skills, detail oriented, and a high level of accuracy is required.
• Self-motivated, ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Data entry for estimating with a high level of accuracy.
• Enter part numbers from BOM to validate pricing for customer bids.
• Send out requests for pricing to vendors.
• Update pricing in BOM.
• Accurately scan and file an assortment of documents and folders.
