Qualifications

• Associate degree in Business Management, Engineering Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Engineering Support or manufacturing operations.
• Experience leading teams and managing departmental priorities in a manufacturing setting.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and engineering software like AutoCAD.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while ensuring quality.
• Proven ability to build collaborative relationships across departments.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the Engineering Support team to meet department goals and production targets.
• Set performance expectations, monitor progress, and coach team members.
• Own and manage production schedules, ensuring support activities meet customer requirements.
• Organize workflow and allocate resources for production and engineering projects.
• Monitor productivity and provide feedback to improve performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve production and engineering challenges.
• Act as liaison between employees and management for clear communication.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement solutions.
• Hire, onboard, and train new employees; support their growth.
• Ensure compliance with policies and safety requirements.
