• Experience handling procurement during the bid phase for estimating and compliance.
• Ability to manage subcontractor and supplier outreach records and good-faith-effort files.
• Knowledge of DBE/MWBE participation tracking and domestic-content certifications for federally funded work.

Responsibilities

• Support the estimating department's bid-phase procurement and compliance activities.
• Own the documentation side of subcontractor and supplier engagement, including outreach records and filings.
• Ensure DBE/MWBE participation tracking and domestic-content certifications are maintained for eligible projects.
