Job summary

Conductor Power in the United States is seeking an Estimating Manager to lead the estimating efforts for utility-scale renewable energy projects, including Solar, Substations and BESS. This role will manage the estimating team, coordinate bid processes, and present estimates to clients and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead the estimating team in preparing cost estimates for solar, substation, BESS, and related energy infrastructure projects.
• Review and validate estimates and bids produced by junior estimators.
• Ensure bid deliverables are complete and ready for submission.
• Own all General Conditions and Overhead within estimates.
• Coordinate inputs from estimating, engineering, procurement, operations, and project management teams.
• Develop pricing strategies aligned with company goals and market conditions.
• Lead bid reviews with leadership and ensure all requirements are met.
• Support project handoff to operations after award.
