Qualifications

• 10+ years of preconstruction or estimating experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Proven success estimating large-scale electrical or renewable energy projects.
• Hands-on estimating experience; must be able to build and review estimates independently.

• Lead, mentor, and manage a growing estimating team across multiple projects.
• Oversee all phases of estimating and preconstruction including budgets and schedules.
• Collaborate with project management and engineering teams to align cost strategy.
